Technical Assistant - Fit out

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the technical/design team in preparing drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure technical details are properly implemented.
• Support in preparing material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Review and organize drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain and update project technical files, records, and documentation.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and material requisitions.
• Follow up with suppliers/vendors for technical data sheets and compliance certificates.
• Provide support in technical meetings, preparing minutes, and circulating follow-ups.
• Ensure drawings and documents are submitted to consultants/clients on time and as per standards.
• Coordinate with CAD technicians/draftsmen for timely issuance of drawings.
• Track technical approvals, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure corrective actions are recorded.
• Support site team with technical clarifications and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
