Job Summary

Sparking Asia is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Admin Assistant / Virtual Assistant with strong knowledge of Upwork freelancing platforms, CRM systems, and administrative support functions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and capable of handling both simple and occasionally technical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and assist with Upwork freelancing activities, including profile handling, bidding support, proposal coordination, and client communication.
  • Perform general administrative and virtual assistant tasks.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing and updating CRM systems.
  • Support the team with documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain organized records of client communication and project progress.
  • Assist with basic website updates when required.
  • Coordinate internally with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Upwork freelancing platform and basic freelancing workflow.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as:
  • Zoho CRM
  • HubSpot
  • Zapier
  • Other similar automation tools
  • Basic understanding of WordPress (content updates, minor changes, plugin handling).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle both simple and moderately technical tasks.
  • Fast learner with problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualities

  • Prior experience as a Client Assistant or Admin Assistant.
  • Understanding of digital agency workflow.
  • Basic knowledge of automation and integrations.
