Job Summary/Objective

The Technical Consulting Professional at Alnafitha IT is responsible for providing guidance and solutions across diverse technology domains. This role involves assessing client needs, delivering tailored technology solutions, and ensuring successful project execution to enhance client operations and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Needs Assessment

• Lead engagements to understand complex client IT requirements by conducting in depth discussions and strategic assessments with clients to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment of business goals

• Oversee evaluations of existing systems by directing teams in analyzing system performance and identify critical gaps to drive strategic improvements that enhance client operations

• Solution Design and Implementation

• Design and approve implementation of plans by collaboration with senior leadership to define project scope and objectives to ensure solutions align with broader business strategies and clients’ needs

• Manage the technical implementation process by coordinating resources and schedules to ensure timely deployment and guarantee successful execution while minimizing client disruption

• Support and Troubleshooting

• Offer direct support for teams in resolving complex client issues by establishing frameworks for support and escalation processes to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective issue management

• Proactive Services

• Oversee health checks and risk management strategies by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to clients to proactively mitigate risks and enhance system reliability

• Training and Workshops

• Lead training Initiatives for clients and Internal teams by developing and conducting comprehensive training programs to enhance knowledge transfer and promote effective product usage

• Stakeholder Management

• Establish strong relationship with key stakeholders through regular engagement with clients and internal teams to gather insights to faster collaboration and engagement with clients’ objectives

• Documentation and Representation

• Develop and ensure adherence to documentation standards by creating comprehensive documentation for all technical processes to provide clarity and reference for ongoing operations and training

• Mentorship and Leadership

• Mentor team members and lead by example to provide guidance on best practices and project management to cultivate a high performing team and drive successful Initiatives



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; master’s degree in relevant field
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in business applications, technical consultant or related position
  • Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Certified: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
  • Certified: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
  • Certified: Microsoft 365 Messaging
  • Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Experience in same or similar technology: 5+ (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Windows Virtual Desktop)
  • Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations
  • Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware and software.
  • Experience across different industry sectors.
  • Good Experience with System center configuration manager.
  • IT networking skills and experience
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Modern workplace and Microsoft Security.
