Technical Customer Experience Senior Engineer.CTO/PMO/PCO/Customer Experience Office

Job Purpose

To ensure Mobile Telecommunication networks are designed, configured and optimized to meet certain level of Quality of Service and Customer Perception through different means of network testing, audits, and develop recommendations for sustainable performance improvement.

Report To Position Name

 Develop and Deliver periodically high level management reports covering all network nodes quality.  Analyze statistical network performance metrics and propose recommendations and/or practices to enhance network quality and customer perception.  Follow-up on massive network changes and ensure network quality integrity.  Provide network assessment reporting that supports acceptance/rejection of new products, nodes, features and services.  Analyze End-To-End network drive test measurements quantitatively and qualitatively and troubleshoot network problems in different regions.  Prepare benchmark network performance to competitors, for all services and pinpoint areas of strength and weakness.  Audit logical parameter setting regularly to ensure consistency and network performance goal achievement.  Develop and participate in developing automatic network quality reporting and checking tools.  Work closely with all technical teams to deliver feedback on network status and discuss methods of problem resolution and performance improvement.  Ensure continuous expertise development in network functions, algorithms, and protocols.  Train and mentor other less experienced and junior engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

 BSc. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer Science.  Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant Experience.  Experience in radio network planning and/or optimization with exposure to different technologies (GSM, (E)GPRS, WCDMA)  Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS access, and Advanced MS excel are essential.  Excellent English (Reading, Writing & Oral).  Excellent Technical Writing Skills.  Very Good Communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

• Experience in programming using VBA, Perl, Python, or Bash is a plus • Knowledge of Unix/Linux System is a plus • Knowledge of Transport Network Technologies (ATM, IP, MPLS) is a plus • Experience in radio or core network performance management
