We Are Hiring: Technical Customer Support Executive (Live Chat)

Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Salary: PKR 65,000 – 75,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Gulberg II, Lahore

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Customer Support Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through live chat, providing timely technical assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a basic understanding of technical systems and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify customer issues and provide accurate technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and guide customers step-by-step
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality support
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong written communication skills (English)
  • Basic technical knowledge (software, internet, or related systems)
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
  • Prior experience in customer support or call center is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
