Technical Document Assistant

A leading Ammonia & Urea Fertilizer Complex in Mesaieed, Qatar is looking for an experienced Technical Document Assistant for the Turnaround Section on a long-term contract.

Location: Mesaieed, Qatar
Contract: Long-Term

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma / Graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Document Control (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical preferred)
• Experience in managing technical documents, correspondence logs, and document tracking
• Knowledge of QTDMS, SharePoint, Cimage, and Acrobat Professional
• Strong MS Office skills (including MS Access)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and multitasking abilities
