JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for our Construction Company a Technical Engineer who can supports bridges the gap between design and constructions , ensuring projects are bult safely , on time , and within budget by overseeing technical aspects like quality control ,compliance with standards and resolving site issues.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination Duties: Coordinate between Head Office and Site also vendors and Site.
- Post-Nomination Procedure: Coordinate on Engineering submission (PQ,MS,TS, MTS, SD, St)
- Log & Documentation: Ensure all Project Logs, as well as authority NOC Log up to date.
- Submission Reviews: All Domestic items PQ's must be reviewed prior to submission.
- Techno-Commercial Submissions: Coordinate with Head Office for all PS/PC in advance of required timeline.
- Finishing & Procurement: coordinate procurement activities and sample approvals with HO for all finishing items under our scope.
- Project Correspondence: Manage all incoming and outgoing Project Communications also preparing notification of Delay and Notification of Variation.
- Authorities Submission and Follows-ups: Ensure all authority submission and NOCs are up to date and followed up as required .
- Handover Procedure: Ensure completion and preparation of handover -related perquisites.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensing: A valid engineering license is often required.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software, 3D design software, and other relevant engineering tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction principles, techniques, safety standards, and building codes.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for reviewing technical documents and ensuring accuracy.
- Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership, manage teams, and motivate workers to achieve project objectives.
