Technical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Engineer (Architectural & Structural) with strong experience in high-rise and building projects to support project execution through technical coordination, drawings review, and compliance with approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors for technical clarifications.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical submissions.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority requirements.
• Resolve technical issues at site and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Assist in value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Monitor site execution to ensure quality standards and design intent are maintained.
• Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.
• Support authority approvals and consultant inspections as required.
• Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
