Timings: Mon–Fri | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: Market Competitive + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical recruitment (screening, interviews, hiring)
• Coordinate with team leads for hiring needs
• Handle HR operations & employee records
• Ensure HR compliance & company policies
• Manage onboarding, engagement, and exit processes.

Requirements:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of IT roles & recruitment
• Organized, responsible, and proactive
