Technical Manager

Job Summary

• Arrange shop drawings (full civil items shop drawings for project).
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report and submit them in time.
• Preparation of material submittal.
• Managing materials availability required for division.
• In the Materials includes total materials received + previous materials -materials on sites - material transfer to other sites - material returned to supplier.
• Solved all technical problems in drawings and at site.
• High coordination between civil and MEP works.
• Arrange method of statement for the civil activity.
• Negotiation with all subcontractors and suppliers to get best quotation as per project specifications.
• Check the work at site to be matching with approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Propose technical ideas to save time and money.
• Negotiation with consultant and client to get variation cost depend on FIDIC contracts.
• Follow up with all subcontractors and suppliers to submit them shop drawings and materials on time.
• Strong knowledge of authorities requirements (Abu Dhabi/Dubai Municipality - Civil Defense - Green Building – Estidama.

Requirements

• Have degree in civil engineering, construction
• Have 10+ years of experience related to UAE construction field with Major contracting companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
