Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management and Maintenance infrastructure.
  • At least 5 years in managerial roles related to project infrastructure, planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of OEM maintenance standards, SAP, and cost control.
  • Experience in the domestic light industrial construction industry, particularly in facility maintenance.
  • Project infrastructure knowledge in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to safety standards.


Job Description:


  • Oversee the IFMS technical support team, ensuring high-quality maintenance support services.
  • Manage maintenance support operations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and service delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise to maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with government and OEM standards.
  • Develop and implement new methods to improve existing maintenance practices.
  • Plan, schedule, and track inventory for maintenance activities.
  • Mentor and lead timprovementhe technical support team, fostering professional development.
  • Resolve technical support requests and serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and document technical standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain support schedules and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Utilize SAP for tracking support activities and resources.
  • Monitor costs associated with the technical support function and prepare cost reports for senior management.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective practices.
  • Implement asset management processes and monitor the lifecycle of technical assets.
  • Drive continuous initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
