We Are Hiring: Technical Manager – Ceiling & Partition Works

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Interior (ceiling and partition) projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality control, and health & safety compliance.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing ceiling and partition projects.
• Strong knowledge of gypsum, furring, metal stud systems, acoustic, and fire-rated ceiling and partition systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
