Technical Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the technical design, coordination, and delivery of building projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural design coordination across all project stages (concept to construction).
• Ensure technical compliance with local regulations, codes, and client requirements.
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, and specifications.
• Support project delivery through technical problem-solving and design optimization.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Proven experience in architectural consultancy / design environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority requirements (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage design teams and technical coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: AED35,000.00 per month
