Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist who is as comfortable troubleshooting a PHP script as they are designing a high-end brand aesthetic. Acting as the critical bridge between engineering, sales, and our customers, you will translate complex filtration engineering into compelling visual stories and high-performing digital platforms.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our technical brand—from the code on our Shopify store to the quality & quantity of leads generated at our industry trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Quality & Market Analysis
· Develop & maintain a brand guide for consistency across all internal & external touchpoints.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify business development opportunities.
· Develop and implement campaigns to support product launches, trade advertising, and seasonal promotions.
· Manage & optimize marketing analytics and KPIs; provide reports & recommendations.
2. Web Development & E-commerce Management
· Full-Site Ownership: Manage and optimize our technical web presence using Shopify and custom PHP environments.
· User Experience: Maintain website content and SEO/SEM strategies to ensure our engineered solutions are easily discoverable and technically accurate.
· Technical Accuracy: Align with engineering to ensure all digital product catalogs and datasheets reflect our latest innovations.
3. High-End Content & Graphic Design
· Visual Storytelling: Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce clean, compelling graphic designs for digital and print.
· Technical Collateral: Create and maintain a consistent brand guide while developing catalogs, datasheets, and technical case studies.
· Social Media Leadership: Drive engagement on LinkedIn by creating technical videos and posts that resonate with our audience.
4. Trade Show & Event Leadership
· Strategic Preparation: Lead the planning and execution of trade show appearances, ensuring our physical presence matches our technical excellence.
· Brand Positioning: Design booth graphics and interactive demos that effectively position our products against the competition.
5. Performance Marketing & ROI
· Campaign Management: Execute and oversee digital campaigns & SEO across Google Ads and social media.
· Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize the ROI of our paid ad spend.
Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: 3–5+ years in technical marketing or product management, specifically within industrial or manufactured products (filtration experience is a major plus).
· Technical Experience: Proven ability to work within PHP and manage Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
· Design Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator with a portfolio showcasing clean, modern industrial design.
· Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in creating marketing strategies that deliver measurable results in a technical capacity.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Engineering preferred.
