Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead cross-functional teams working with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, cloud, DevOps, and AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between industry requirements and development teams, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and smooth functionality across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Leadership

• Lead a team of Full Stack Developers, AI Engineers, and DevOps specialists.
• Translate industry/client requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with proper tracking.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
• Monitor performance, resolve roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are met.

Client & Industry Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Gather, refine, and document requirements from industry partners.
• Present technical solutions in clear, business-oriented language.
• Ensure client expectations are aligned with development capabilities.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee projects built on:
• JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Vue)
• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Kafka & Redis for event streaming & data processing
• PostgreSQL for modern DB management
• REST APIs, GraphQL, Socket.io integrations
• Guide ML/AI automation, data pipelines, and image processing projects.
• Ensure scalable deployment using AWS, Heroku, Digital Ocean, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab for smooth releases.

Process & Quality Control

• Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Track KPIs: project progress, developer productivity, and delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives & feedback loops.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong background in software engineering before moving into management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stack teams (Frontend, Backend, AI, DevOps).
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements seamlessly.

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• PMP / Agile / Scrum Master certifications will be a strong plus.
