Technical Project Manager

we are looking for a Technical Project Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a well-known institute

• 4+ years overall professional experience in the software industry
• 2+ years of management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience of working in a product development environment is preferred. We are working on our own product. It's not a service-providing role but working on own product. Worked with Jira, Confluence, Slack etc . Must have technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software developers in a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure deployments are delivered on time and team objectives are met.

• Help the team to provide realistic work estimates
• Help the team in technical decisions and technical challenges
• Resolve routine project issues during project execution
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
• Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team
• Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
• Responsible for the technical growth of the development team
• Ensure effective testing and debugging to produce high-quality products. Foster professional growth and development of team members. through coaching and training.
• Research and stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices and provide technical expertise to the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains within the software development lifecycle.

Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore (in-office position)
