Technical Project Manager

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation to deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and product managers.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular status meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder presentations.
• Manage scope changes, timelines, and priorities based on business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in development and project delivery processes.
• Coordinate with clients or business stakeholders for project requirements, feedback, and delivery milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s preferred)
• 3–4 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Hands-on technical background or experience in software engineering or IT infrastructure is strongly preferred.

Onsite position in Johar Town Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
