Technical Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Project Manager to oversee projects across our core departments: CMS Development, UI/UX Design, and Graphic Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle—from client onboarding and planning to execution and delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

· Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Client Communication & Upwork Management

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Manage Upwork project workflows, including proposal help, client updates, feedback collection, and milestone approvals.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Coordination

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, developers, UI/UX designers, and graphic designers, to ensure seamless project execution.

· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings (if using Agile methodologies).

· Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team accountability.

Quality Assurance & Delivery

· Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.

· Conduct project reviews and post-mortem analyses to identify areas for improvement.

· Ensure smooth project handover, including documentation and training (if required).

Process Improvement

· Continuously refine project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and scalability.

· Implement best practices for remote collaboration (If required), especially for Upwork-sourced projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

· 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in web development and/or design agencies.

· Strong understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), UI/UX design principles, and graphic design workflows.

· Proven experience managing projects sourced through freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, ClickUp) and collaboration software (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Preferred

· Certification in Project Management.

· Hands-on experience in web development, UI/UX, or graphic design.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Multilingual abilities (a plus for global client interactions).
