Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled software applications and digital platforms. The role requires a strong blend of project leadership, Agile execution expertise, and technical understanding to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will oversee the complete development lifecycle, drive Agile best practices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead full software development lifecycle from planning through deployment and post-release support.

· Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans and sprint schedules.

· Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

· Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.

· Implement and enforce Agile/Scrum frameworks.

· Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

· Monitor team velocity and continuously improve delivery processes.

· Ensure structured documentation of requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

· Lead the engineering teams on architecture and implementation decisions.

· Identify technical risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

· Oversee quality assurance, testing workflows, bug tracking, and release management.

· Act as the central coordination point between Engineering, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders.

· Support performance monitoring and optimization initiatives post-deployment.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

· 4–6+ years of experience in software development and/or project management.

· Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead.

· Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.

· Strong understanding of SDLC and digital product lifecycle.

· Ability to manage multiple technology projects simultaneously.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, office-based role in Islamabad with limited hybrid flexibility based on project and business requirements.

Compensation & Growth

· Salary range: PKR 110,000 – 150,000, commensurate with experience, technical expertise, and leadership capability.
