We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Technical Recruiter
to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in areas such as software development, QA, DevOps, and IT infrastructure. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for technical roles — from job posting to offer closure.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand
technical requirements, project needs, and team dynamics

Source candidates through multiple channels including
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
.

Conduct
initial technical screenings
to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit before shortlisting for interviews.

Build and maintain a
strong talent pipeline
for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.

Negotiate offers, manage compensation discussions, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Stay updated with
market trends, emerging technologies, and salary benchmarks
in the tech domain.
Candidate Management & Experience

Ensure a
positive candidate experience
through clear communication and timely feedback.

Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct reference checks and background verification where required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with technical leads, department heads, and HR to align recruitment strategies with business goals.

Provide
weekly hiring reports, analytics, and pipeline updates
to stakeholders.

Support workforce planning and forecasting based on project and business requirements.

Collaborate with HR for

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
.

1-2 years of experience as a
Technical Recruiter
in an IT services or software company.

Strong understanding of
software development roles, frameworks, and technologies
(e.g., Java, Angular, .NET, DevOps, QA, Cloud).

Experience with
ATS systems
and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).

Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
