Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Onsite – DHA Phase 2, near Giga Mall, Islamabad

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (in IT recruitment)

Qualification:
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology preferred.
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant discipline acceptable.

Job Description:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and managerial roles within the organization. The person should have experience working in an IT company and be familiar with hiring for positions such as software engineers, developers, project managers, and other technical profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and project management positions.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication skills, technical understanding, and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant technical leads and managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets.
  • Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a high quality of hires.
  • Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions and communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
  • The person can be given any further responsibilities as required and he/she shall also be required to learn and implement new tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruitment within an IT company.
  • Good understanding of software development roles and technologies.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pakistan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
