The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent candidate engagement skills, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and engineering positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Understand job requirements for technical positions such as software engineers, developers, network engineers, DevOps, QA, and other IT roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal database, and networking channels.
- Conduct technical screening to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth evaluation process.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, recruitment pipelines, and reporting sheets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand skill needs and workforce planning.
- Create job descriptions, job ads, and outreach messages for technical roles.
- Provide timely follow-ups to candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain market knowledge of tech talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
