Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Lahore. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified technical talent. The role involves developing effective hiring strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include identifying skills gaps, evaluating technical competencies, and managing communication throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting

Strong Technical Recruiting skills with the ability to source and evaluate technical talent

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with hiring teams and communicate effectively with candidates

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus

Knowledge of technical roles and skills required in the IT industry is advantageous
