Job Overview

Funprime Technology is looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles. The ideal candidate should be up to date with modern recruitment practices, including the use of AI tools for sourcing, screening, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for technical roles including:
  • Android & iOS Developers, UI/UX Designers, ASO Marketers, Web Developers, QA Engineers, Full Stack Developers
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback
  • Use AI-based recruitment tools for CV screening, sourcing, and shortlisting
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and hiring pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequired Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
  • Familiarity with AI tools for hiring and recruitment automation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Preferred (Plus Points)

  • Experience hiring for software houses or product-based companies
  • Knowledge of ATS systems
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
