  • Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates
  • Negotiate salary and finalize job offers
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions at the same time
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for software development roles (.NET, Java, React, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and Boolean search
  • Experience in IT/Software industry
