Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify the best-fit candidates for software development, testing, DevOps, and related roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Support the HR team in other recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of IT/technical terminology (or willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online job portals.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning and teamwork.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
