Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms.
  • Understand technical job requirements and identify the best-fit candidates for software development, testing, DevOps, and related roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Support the HR team in other recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of IT/technical terminology (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online job portals.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning and teamwork.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
