Technical Recruiter Global Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our global resourcing. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring across different time zones, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top technical talent while maintaining a seamless candidate experience regardless of geography.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Global Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, SRE, Data Engineering, Product Management) across multiple countries.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates in competitive global markets (e.g., North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC).
  • Utilize boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with Engineering Leadership and Hiring Managers across various time zones to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and project roadmaps.
  • Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in specific global regions.

3. Cross-Border Logistics & Compliance

  • Navigate the complexities of global hiring, including understanding time zone alignment, visa sponsorship, remote work policies, and contractor vs. full-time employment classifications.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR operations teams to ensure compliant offer extensions and onboarding in various jurisdictions.

4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, articulating our tech stack, engineering culture, and value proposition to prospective candidates.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused on hiring for international or distributed teams.
  • Proven track record of closing technical roles in at least two major regions (e.g., US, EMEA, or APAC).

Technical Acumen:

  • Ability to understand and assess technical stacks and speak credibly with engineering candidates.
  • Experience using modern recruitment tools and ATS systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Global Mindset: High cultural awareness and flexibility to work across time zones (ability to occasionally attend early morning or late evening calls).
  • Resilience: Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to use recruitment metrics (Time-to-fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Quality) to refine hiring strategies.
