Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to support our HR and recruitment team in hiring IT and software professionals. This internship is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end technical recruitment in a fast-paced software house environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for technical roles such as developers, designers, and QA engineers
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and technical panels
  • Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
  • Support HR in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Learn and follow recruitment processes and hiring best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, BSCS, BSIT and BSSE or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred
