Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily for the Sales Unit and other departments. The role includes developing and executing hiring strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The position also involves managing onboarding processes, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and preparing regular hiring reports. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment, strong communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of hiring best practices and compliance standards.

Job Description:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent specially for Sales Unit and some other positions within the organization.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with the job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recuiter, Recruitment Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Location: Bahria Town Tower, Tariq Road, Karachi
Shift Timings: Night (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: Salary + Commission + Benefits (Leaves, Medical, EOBI, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
