We place a vetted software engineer and a UX/UI designer into a founder’s new startup, manage the delivery end-to-end, and launch their MVP within 8 weeks. Our productized model blends engineering placement, software build management, and go-to-market execution.

We are growing quickly and expanding our internal infrastructure to handle global demand.

The Role

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter who specializes in sourcing and evaluating:

  • Full-stack engineers (React/Next.js + PostgreSQL)
  • UX/UI product designers (Figma + design systems)
  • Contract and fractional technical talent

This is not traditional staffing.

This is end-to-end talent acquisition for startup co-founder placement.

You will own the entire recruiting pipeline:

  1. Source talent (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals)
  2. Run screening interviews
  3. Assign and manage paid take-home test (GitHub)
  4. Present shortlists to internal CTO / Delivery Lead
  5. Coordinate placement into client projects

Your responsibility: find and secure elite talent quickly.


Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit high-caliber engineers and designers globally
  • Write and post job listings on LinkedIn and relevant platforms
  • Manage inbound applicants, shortlist, and qualify based on criteria
  • Conduct initial interviews focused on technical depth and delivery speed
  • Administer and manage take-home assessment tests via GitHub
  • Track progress in our internal candidate pipeline system
  • Coordinate handoff to CTO / Project Manager for onboarding
  • Maintain a structured database of pre-vetted engineers on bench


Requirements
  • 2–5+ years recruiting software engineers or product designers
  • Experience sourcing and screening technical talent for fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of product and software terminology (React, Node, Next.js, APIs, Figma, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and process management skills
  • Located in Dubai or able to relocate (required)


Preferred Experience
  • Recruiting for startups, accelerators, or software development firms
  • Knowledge of freelance marketplaces, top-tier sourcing platforms, and recruiting systems
  • Ability to assess culture fit, ownership mindset, and delivery standards


What success looks like
  • 7–10 qualified engineers and designers sourced weekly
  • 3–5 candidates completing paid take-home assessment per week
  • Talent bench growing to 100+ vetted candidates by month three
  • Average placement cycle under 7 days
