Technical Recruitment Specialist

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and recruit for roles such as:
• Frontend & Backend Developers (e.g., React, Node.js)
• Mobile Developers (Flutter, iOS, Android)
• UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, PMs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to offer.
• Build talent pipelines and track hiring metrics.
• Support onboarding in collaboration with HR.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of software roles and digital project lifecycles.
• Proven experience hiring for web and app development teams.
• Skilled in using ATS, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location: IT Tower Gulberg 3 Lahore
Timing: 12pm to 9pm (Monday to Friday)
