Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support & Customer Engagement
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including on-site demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Qualify leads based on current product portfolio
- Collaborate with D&D teams to qualify opportunities and co-create solutions with customers.
- Translate client’s needs into engineering specifications and pass them to Product teams.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings and ensure customer inputs are captured precisely.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to develop optimized technical solutions tailored to their operational needs.
- Serve as the first level of technical support for existing customer accounts, Channel Partners and tracking support activities, and escalating when necessary.
2. Tender & Opportunity Management
- Study and analyse RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposals) from customers to define technical requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical responses to Tenders, RFPs, and RFIs.
- Participate in Defense e-tender documentation preparation including technical justifications and compliance sheets.
- Support Make in India and offset-related documentation (Like NDA) if and when required by the customers.
- Upload tenders with all required compliance documentation after thorough study and evaluation.
3. Marketing & Communication
- Provide technical support to the marketing team for product positioning and campaigns (exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches).
- Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, posters, and event-related content.
- Maintain an up-to-date technical database of all products.
- Support website-related activities and ensure content is technically accurate and updated.
4. Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain records of pipeline summaries, marketing activity logs, and PO booking data in the prescribed formats.
- Document and track all relevant marketing and sales support activities for internal review and management reporting.
5. Internal Coordination & Documentation
- Complete Product Feasibility Reports (PFR) in coordination with the design team for each opportunity.
- Collate and communicate technical and environmental requirements to design and validation teams.
- Maintain documentation such as CRR (Customer Requirement Review), RIR (Risk identification Report), and other AS9100 Rev D-compliant records.
- Give regular input for CRM with up to date and retrievable information
