We’re Hiring – Technical Sales Engineer
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Industry: Electric Vehicle / Automotive Component Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and offer the right technical solutions.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Provide technical support during and after the sales process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • B.E in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–3 years of experience in Automotive Sales (EV preferred).
  • Experience in dealing with Automotive OEMs.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and SAP/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • A self-motivated and proactive mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.
