Technical Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Sales Professional who is actively working on Upwork and Fiverr and knows how to win projects through smart bidding.

Your core responsibility will be identifying relevant mechanical engineering projects, preparing strong proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into paid projects on Upwork and Fiverr.

This role is strictly for people who understand freelance platforms inside out.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on Upwork and Fiverr for mechanical engineering projects
• Identify relevant projects related to:
• Mechanical Design
• CAD / SolidWorks / AutoCAD
• Manufacturing Drawings
• Industrial & Machine Design
• Write customized, client-focused proposals
• Communicate with international clients professionally
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal engineering team after project confirmation

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Upwork & Fiverr bidding (mandatory)
• Background or strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to analyze job posts and pitch accordingly
• Knowledge of proposal pricing, milestones, and client psychology
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused

Preferred (Big Plus)

• Existing Upwork/Fiverr profiles with winning history
• Experience selling engineering services to US / EU clients
• Understanding of NDA, scope definition, and project timelines
