Job Title: Mechanical Sales Engineer – Fasteners & Industrial Products (Ready to Relocate to Ghana)

Job Summary

Baseline Bolts Industries LLC is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and technically competent Sales Engineer to relocate to Ghana and spearhead the promotion and sales of our comprehensive range of industrial fasteners, bolts, nuts, threaded rods, stud bolts, anchor bolts, and industrial coating solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the Ghanaian market through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Promote and sell the company's complete portfolio of industrial fasteners, engineered bolting solutions, and protective coating systems.
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, distributors, industrial plants, and end users.
• Conduct regular client visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare professional quotations, technical submittals, commercial proposals, and tender documentation.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and customer technical requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and inquiry handling to order execution and after-sales support.
• Coordinate closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop technical expertise in fastening systems, corrosion protection technologies, industrial coatings, and engineering applications.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, customer visit reports, and business development updates.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue, gross margin, and business growth targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and customer specifications.

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Mandatory Requirement

• Applicants must be willing to relocate to Ghana and undertake frequent travel throughout the country to develop business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and support project execution. Candidates with a strong technical sales background in industrial fasteners and engineered mechanical products will be given preference.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
