Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Manager-Concrete Admixture to join our team and handle all sales queries. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and sales awareness, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between our products/ services and the needs of our customers.

• To meet and present to consultant / architect on our Concrete Admixtures.
• To trouble-shooting with customers on cement issue at batching plants and jobsite; advise technical proposal / solution.
• To build-up close relationship with customers, especially Technical Manger / QC Manager / Optimization Manager.
• To foresee the change of market need in terms of cement and materials; prepare for analysis and development.
• To provide product and cement training to commercial team and customers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Min 4+ years of experience in the construction / construction chemicals industries.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, self-driven, with a positive attitude.
