Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with proven experience in the marine industry, specializing in spare parts sales. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, established client relationships, and a successful track record in achieving sales targets within the UAE market.

Requirements:

• Must be based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the Marine Industry (Spare Parts segment).
• In-depth knowledge of marine engines, propulsion systems, pumps, and related components.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales of marine spare parts across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with shipyards, vessel owners, and marine service providers.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
