Responsibilities

Assisting Sales Team in troubleshooting their design issues and queries.

Providing the sales team with all the Quotes as and when needed.

Providing the sales team with all design drawings in AutoCAD and Google Sketchup as and when needed

Preparing detailed shop drawings for production.

Preparing detailed production documents by using various softwares provided by the company.

Preparing detailed production documents in Excel where software is not available.

Maintaining detailed customer's information for future references for all orders booked.

Recording and reporting any unusual site information or product information in any order to the Supervisor.

Set up master database for all raw material in various software.

Continuously monitor, upgrade the above data

Provide training and support of all design/estimation software to the sales team members.

Calculate BOM for all projects, check material availability in our Inventory and prepare purchase orders for the required material

Maintaining an organised and accessible filing system in computer as well as in physical form.
