MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To support the requirements of continuous airworthiness and technical support related to aircraft structures, including the evaluation of Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SBs) and other airworthiness data. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports communication with manufacturers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) by providing technical information to assist with defect analysis and improvements.

Provides technical support to in house and contracted Maintenance Structural related defects/damages.

Evaluates and ensures timely compliance of all manufacturers/regulatory authority documents such as ADs, SBs, Component Service Bulletins (CSB), and other in-services documents after technical review agreement.

Produces work instructions and materials requirement sheets for ADs, SBs, repairs and projects.

Monitors and evaluates of defects to ensure correct troubleshooting and defect clearance.

Evaluates the processes that improve system reliability in conjunction with the aircraft manufacturers, equipment manufacturers/suppliers (including components), this includes SBs, CSBs, ADs, Service Letters (SL) and any other supplier documentation.

Coordinates with Type Certificate (TC) Holder to obtain repair solutions for damages out of designated Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) such as Structural Repair Manuals (SRM), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), ensuring repair solution classification as major or minor with associated follow up actions.

Provides technical support for investigations arising from Airworthiness Safety Report (ASRs) and Engineering Safety Report (ESRs).

Supports the assessment and repair of structural defects, including dents and buckles, to maintain continued airworthiness.

Evaluates and provides technical support for major modifications to support fleet modernization.

Maintains documentation and records associated with structural repairs and modifications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)

Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent) or Aircraft Maintenance Diploma (or Equivalent) or ICAO Type 2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers’ License

Fluent in English

Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline operational areas like Engineering or Maintenance or combined

Working knowledge of AMOS desirable

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
