Technical Services Supervisor

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage a small technical team, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. The ideal candidate has experience in maintenance, fabrication, or installation-related work and can coordinate between clients, suppliers, and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to technicians and subcontractors
• Plan, schedule, and monitor ongoing technical works or maintenance jobs
• Ensure permits are processed on time
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and management for smooth execution

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in technical supervision or similar role
• Strong understanding of maintenance, fabrication, or installation workflows
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
