Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for efficiently managing our Learning Management System (LMS), handling support tickets, overseeing course
uploads, managing webinars, and dealing with data-related tasks.
Location: Domlur, Bangalore
Work hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST
Shift: Rotational Shift
Relevant Experience:
Handle and resolve support tickets promptly and manage the LMS for an enhanced user experience.Upload and organize training courses on various platforms, ensuring content is accurate and updated.
Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate and manage live webinars, including scheduling, participant management, and troubleshooting during
sessions.
● Efficiently manage, organize, and analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to address client concerns clearly and professionally.
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for managing data, performing analysis, and generating reports.
Preferred Attributes:
● Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
● Experience with LMS platforms and ticketing systems is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
