We are looking for Technical Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and dedicated to solving technical problems while ensuring client satisfaction.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Software (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure proper resolution within timelines.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Assist clients with system installations, account setup, and basic network configuration.
• Manage and deploy databases, scripts, and configurations (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PHP/MySQL).
• Handle IIS Server management, including site deployments and SSL certificate installations.
• Work with XAMPP for local environment setups and PHP/MySQL deployments.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to internal technical teams (e.g., developers, sysadmins).
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or chat to guide them step-by-step through problem resolution.
• Log and track open issues, ensuring prioritization and timely updates.
• Follow up with clients to confirm systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Document technical solutions in manuals, FAQs, and reports for future reference.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports for management.
• Maintain professional and positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Software.
• Hands-on knowledge of XAMPP, PHP/MySQL applications (mandatory).
• Familiarity with MS SQL Server, MySQL, and database deployments.
• Experience with IIS Server configuration and SSL management.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN configuration, IP setup, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Active listening and questioning ability to identify problems quickly.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms to non-technical users.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Team player with a detail-oriented mindset.
