We are currently searching for a Technical Support Manager to support our business development in Pakistan . This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU (Pronounced: I-Moe).

  1. Offline and online training work

 Trainees: IMOU Pakistan sales team, DT team, MDs, resellers, installers

 Different training scenarios: new Wi-Fi & POE product launch training, CCTV solutions training, quarterly regular Product Solutions and Selling Points Training and after training test


  1. Online technical question answering

 Service objects: MDs, resellers and installers

 Deal with typical problems: installation problems, links, video playback, etc.

 Processing method: Facebook, phone, chat software, email and installer app


  1. Offline technical support

 Service object: DT team, MDs, resellers and installers

 The-typical scenario: Resolve technical problems on site and resolve product quality issues


  1. Translation

 Sort out localized user guidance materials

 General issues, quick installation manuals in local language, and operation video shooting


  1. Product promotion

 The-typical scenarios: annual customer meetings, annual new product launches, industry exhibitions

 Main role: product presentation, technical solutions, sample booth setting


  1. App operation and promotion:

 Installer App: update the product material, promote the installer app to resellers and installers

Job Requirement

 3-year experience in the technical support job role

 Have deep knowledge in IT/CCTV/Technology products

 Familiar with CCTV, Smart home solution, Wi-Fi Camera industry

Qualifications

 Bachelor degree of technical or related field

 Good English and Urdu reading, writing and speaking

 Good interpersonal, written oral communication and presentation skills

 Customer-oriented

 Accustomed to frequent business trips
