Technical Support Officer

We are hiring a Technical Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical assistance for GPS tracking devices, IoT solutions, and customer support operations. The role involves troubleshooting, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for GPS tracking and IoT devices
  • Diagnose and resolve device, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or ticketing system
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Support device installation, configuration, and testing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in IT, Electronics, Telecom, or relevant field
  • Basic understanding of GPS devices, IoT systems, or networking
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience in technical support or fleet management systems
  • Knowledge of SIM, GSM, TCP/IP, or device configuration

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
