Mobile Crane Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the after-sales service of mobile crane equipment, executing fault diagnosis, maintenance, repairs, and servicing per established procedures to ensure normal equipment operation.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on heavy equipment machinery, ensuring compliance and functionality.
• Test mechanical products and equipment post-repair or assembly to confirm proper functioning.
• Respond promptly to customer technical support requests, coordinating resources to resolve equipment issues while minimizing operational disruptions.
• Assist in the sales of spare parts and main equipment, identify customer pain points, and provide professional solutions to contribute to sales growth.
• Maintain service work logs, troubleshoot tracing forms, and complete maintenance records while reporting to HQ regularly.
• Engage in the sales of spare parts as necessary.
• Efficiently complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisors and support the company's business development initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Education background: Higher Education in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy machinery maintenance or a similar major.

Required Skills

• Construction repair, technical support, maintenance, electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
• Over 2 years related working experience.
• Candidates with experience in Mobile Crane industry will be preferred.
• English communication skill.
