Technical Support & Pre-Sales Engineer

Cervello Tech is a rapidly growing specialist in state-of-the-art Audiovisual (AV) and Unified Communication (UC) solutions. We partner with industry-leading brands to provide cutting-edge hardware, including Interactive Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, and IP PBX solutions.

We are looking for energetic, organized, and proactive individuals to join our foundational team at our Lahore Office.

The Role

As a Technical Support & Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be the backbone of our hardware and networking solutions. You will ensure our clients receive top-tier technical assistance, seamless installations, and expert guidance during the pre-sales phase.

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
• Type: Full-time, Permanent (On-site)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Location: Office No. 9, 2nd Floor, IT Tower Shopping Mall, 73-E/1, Gulberg III, Hali Road, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV hardware and IP-based communication systems.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in the design and installation of UC solutions.
• Support the sales team by conducting technical demonstrations and addressing client queries.
• Configure and maintain networking protocols for integrated hardware solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional on-site and remote assistance.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking candidates who possess a blend of technical academic knowledge and hands-on experience:

• Education: BS or BEng in Electronic/ Telecommuinication Engineering.
• Note: Candidates with a Diploma in Electronic Engineering will also be considered if they possess relevant field experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with electronic hardware and networking products/solutions.
• Technical Skills: * Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware and AV systems.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and IP-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Unified Communication tools (Video Conferencing, IP PBX).
• Soft Skills: A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to office discipline and punctuality.
