Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of customer support.

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot software, connectivity, and user-related issues
  • Document and track issues using our internal support system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely resolution
  • Follow up on open tickets to ensure closure and satisfaction
  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base and support documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical support role is a must
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work completely remote with their computer, internet and headset.
  • College Graduate
