Job Summary:

The Technical Support specialist is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role ensures the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and security systems while providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

    •     Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.

    •     Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users.

    •     Monitor and maintain network performance and security.

    •     Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

    •     Perform regular system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

    •     Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

    •     Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.

    •     Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.

    •     Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.

    •     Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
