Technical Support Trainee

The candidate should be Fresh or 6 months of experience. Should know the following:

Linux (Command Line) — Mandatory
A basic understanding of the Linux command line is required. Candidates must be comfortable navigating the Linux environment, executing commands, and performing fundamental system operations.

• Database Management — Mandatory

Candidates must have hands-on experience or a working knowledge of at least one relational database system, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Experience with Oracle Database is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.

Oracle APEX (Optional) — Experience with Oracle Application Express for web-based application development.

• DNS Configuration (Optional) — Familiarity with DNS record types including A, CNAME, SPF, and MX records.
• Email Server Settings (Optional)— Knowledge of configuring and managing email services and related settings.
• Jasper Reports (Optional)— Experience in designing and generating reports using JasperReports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
