Job Summary:
As a
Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
, you will play a key role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring strong Technical & Non- technical talent across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end recruitment, build a healthy talent pipeline, and support continuous improvement of the TA process.
Job responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

Source candidates using multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, Boolean search, networking, and employee referrals

Conduct structured interviews to assess technical capabilities, soft skills, and cultural fit

Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment workflows in the ATS

Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout all touchpoints

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and online talent outreach campaigns

Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and university/tech community engagements

Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market insights for the TA team and hiring leaders

Stay up to date on labor market trends, tech hiring best practices, and competitive intelligence
Job Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Min. of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to technical hiring

Solid understanding of common technical & Non- Technical roles, skills, and technologies

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems
-
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
-
Knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and modern recruitment techniques is an advantage
-
Experience in employer branding or social media recruiting is a plus
